Corps of Engineers

Contact with the Corps should be made through Robert Kimberly at robertckimberly@gmail.com. (864-590-9431) Please forward any requests for cutting/trimming of dead trees Etc. on Corps property to Robert.

Prior inspections by the Corps of Engineers pointed out several violations, including yard waste (leaves and branches) dumped on Corps property, and watercraft beached in the "red zone". 

There can be no dumping on Corps property.  Our Association will be held responsible for any violations.

• Please conserve water use at your RV.
• Please do not remove the backflow preventers from your water line.
• Check the condition of your hoses periodically.

The Board of Directors has revised our policy on the use of pressure washing. Pressure washing  is not permitted from noon on Thursday to 8:00am on Monday.

Remember to turn off your water when you leave.

• Slow down! Observe "No Wake Zones" around each dock.  
• Keep pets on a leash.  
• Children on golf carts should be supervised.  
• Please notify the Board of any dead trees and limbs on common area property near your property.
